2. Description of Service

Show Tech provides LED video wall calculation tools, including:

  • Power and electrical calculations
  • Processor and canvas configuration
  • Cabling and wiring diagrams
  • Bill of materials and packing lists
  • Project management and export features

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

Show Tech offers different account tiers (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with varying features and limitations as described on our pricing page.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Paid Subscriptions

Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

4.2 Pricing Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4.4 Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact support to request a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer or copy our software
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
  • Interfere with the service or other users' access
  • Submit false or misleading information

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

Show Tech, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your project data and configurations. By using Show Tech, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

7. Calculations and Data Accuracy

7.1 Calculation Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in our calculations, Show Tech is provided as a planning and estimation tool. You are responsible for verifying calculations before making purchasing or production decisions.

7.2 Manufacturer Data

Panel specifications are based on manufacturer-provided data. We make reasonable efforts to keep this data current but cannot guarantee its accuracy. Always verify specifications with manufacturers for critical applications.

7.3 Professional Responsibility

Our calculations are intended to assist, not replace, professional judgment. Users should verify results and consult appropriate professionals for final production decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Show Tech is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on our calculations

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Show Tech harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of others.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Show Tech ceases. We may delete your data after 30 days unless required to retain it by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

15. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Show Tech
  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
